Monitor at all times to protect the game from dishonest practice of guest or staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Interact with all customers, floor supervisors and upper department managers to ensure compliance in policies and procedures.
• Count cards quickly and accurately.
• Make correct pay-outs to customers.
• Must be skilled in handling money and chips.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Performs other assignments as directed by the Department Manager.
• Recording cash transactions and maintaining an accurate detailed log as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Chapter 14 Title 31 Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and / or Experience Education Level High School Diploma preferred. Experience Previous card dealing experience preferred.

Special Skills / Certification Must successfully complete in-house dealers training. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Must have 3 years of dealing experience.
